1. No cracks, no missing teeth, the tooth length wear does not exceed 50% of the original design, the steel wire rope and the connection are reliable (it should be preferentially inserted with the wire rope buried head, the length is not less than 3.5), and the “dead buckle” connection is strictly forbidden.

2. The number of broken wires per wire rope is not more than 20%.

Mine rock loader brake device

1. There is no crack in the drum, the wire rope is fixed firmly, and it meets the requirements. The drum rope should not be less than 3 turns.

2. Pull rod bolts, fork heads, brake levers, and pin shafts must not be damaged or deformed. The tie rod bolts are applied back to the back cap.

3. The brake lever and tie rod system are flexible and reliable, and the position of the brake lever must not exceed the horizontal position after the brake is applied.

4. There is no breakage in the brake belt, and the residual thickness is not less than 3 mm.

5. The contact area between the brake belt and the brake wheel is not less than 70% of the area of the brake belt.
