Maintenance：

1. Remove the dirt and oil on the surface of the crawler-type excavator loader. The track part should be flushed in time.

2, check whether the fasteners of the fuselage are loose, tighten the loose parts.

3. Check if the hydraulic oil is sufficient, if there is any leakage, find out the cause and add it in time. Note: When checking the leakage of the hydraulic line, wait until the working device is lowered to the ground, turn off the motor, and release the pressure in the system before the hydraulic line can be repaired.

4. Check the electrical control box and electrical circuit for abnormalities and damage.

5. Check if the swing device is flexible

6. Check whether the hydraulic cylinders are freely retractable, whether the cylinders have scratches, and whether the oil pipes and joints are leaking. If so, promptly identify the cause and eliminate it.
