Usage of mucking machine:

1. Before the mucking machine starting , the driver shall send a signal to make others pay attention. When the mucking machine raking , the scraper bucket is within the range of round trip, and no one is allowed to stand or do other work.

2. If the rake bucket is blocked or overloaded during the rock raking process of the the mucking machine, it should not be pulled forcibly, but should be backed up and then raked again.

3. The wire rope (especially the empty rope) of the scraper is easy to swing during the slag raking process of the the mucking machine, and reliable protective devices are required at the driver's side.

4. When the the mucking machine winch is working, at least three circles of wire rope allowance shall be left on the drum.

5. During the operation of the the mucking machine, the two operating handles shall not be tightened at the same time to prevent the scraper from flying up.

6. After the the mucking machine is completed, the scraper shall be driven to the front of the chute, and then the tail wheel unloaded from the head shall be placed in the scraper to prevent it from being buried by rocks after blasting.

7. The waste in front of the feeding chute of the slag raker shall not be too high, and the waste in the chute shall not be too much, to prevent accidents caused by overload of the winch and jumping of the waste and scraper out of the chute.

8. Before the mucking machine blasting, take down the anti dazzle lamp hanging at the head of slag raking machine and put it under the slot to prevent it from being damaged by shock.

9. After the mucking machine blasting, the slot, cable and anti-skid device of slag raking machine shall be inspected before starting.
