Maintenance and Management of Rake Bucket Rock Loader Mucking Machine

Rake bucket rock mucking loader is abbreviated as rake loader. Since the 1960s, my country has been popularized and used in coal mines. At present, the tunnel mucking machine has already formed a series, and many factories are in mass production. The machinery of the rake loader uses the mucking machine as the working mechanism, and the rake bucket is reciprocated by the winch, and the rock is continuously rake and loaded into the mine cart or skip.

Rake bucket rock mucking loader maintenance and management

Shift inspection (1 time per shift): The driver of the bucket rock loader is responsible for mandatory maintenance, and the time is no less than 15 minutes. Its responsibilities are as follows:

(1)Check whether the rail clamp of the rake bucket mucking machine is intact and firm and reliable, whether the traction wire rope meets the regulations, whether the traction wire rope is connected with the rake bucket and winch drum in compliance with the regulations, and whether the guard rope railing is intact;

(2)Check whether the oil level of the speed reducer of the bucket tunnel mucking machine meets the specified requirements;

(3)Check whether the rock mucking loader external structure is intact, whether the sheave is intact, and whether the fixing is firm;
