Pure Electric Heavy Loader Comes Out

Recently, our company spent seven years developing the first pure electric heavy loader in China. The machine loads 5 to 8 tons of cargo, charges quickly for 1 hour, can work continuously for 8 to 10 hours. The electricity cost for 10 hours is only 200 yuan, which saves about 1000 yuan compared with diesel loader, and has no exhaust gas, environmental protection and energy saving.

Loader is a kind of mechanical vehicle widely used in highway, construction, mining and other construction projects. Its engine is a diesel engine. It can burn 1200 yuan of diesel oil in 10 hours. Our company's technical backbone, based on this concept, decided to develop pure electric heavy-duty loaders, in order to seize market opportunities.

Our technicians led the R&D team to design a series of special processes, such as using slow-release systems to release electricity to solve battery problems, and commissioning battery companies to produce super power batteries. For the research and development of matching control system, the problem of coordination between subsystems and main control system should be solved first.

Our staff also redesigned the control system to overcome the problems of power realization to function realization, sensor matching, data processing adjustment and so on. The prototype car has been successfully tested in the field. After 10 hours of field test every day for three consecutive months, the field operation and stability of the prototype vehicle have achieved the desired results.
